  Dispute Open and i got my refund, no idea about product or seller but i wasted my 100 days.

  The product never arrived so I have no way of properly evaluating the quality or characteristics of that product. Looks good in picture but I had the misfortune not to get the shipment, which is why I opened a dispute, which was favorable to me because the shipment never arrived, besides that the tracking information was null throughout the shipping time. CJ had to intervene so that the response would be favorable in the dispute and I already have the funds reinstated in my credit card. I think that many of these problems could be avoided if they allowed a better view of how the shipment of the product, to have a better notion of time. I had also asked for an extra time of protection which was denied to me, no problem I could wait longer if the seller accepted my proposal to extend the protection time to the buyer.
